Studiomart Architects designed and executed a compact monolith 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom family dwelling located on the Indigo Bay hill. The home has a two sided infinity pool overseeing the Caribbean Sea with a view on the islands Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Kitts. The L-shaped floorplan creates a transparent living space, connecting the master bedroom into the outside terrace and infinity pool.
