The Beach House

Two homes for brother and sister and their families designed on a flat unique 1000m2 flat land in Indigo Bay, coincidently carrying the last name "Beach", divided into a lower and upper horizontal configuration, contrasted by the vertical natural stone elements bringing the residences together. The 2 residences consists of 7 bedrooms 5 bathrooms . Both residences have a private pool and deck area , overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The projects was executed and delivered within 13 months, working together with our contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
