Laguna View

Studiomart Architects designed and executed this mixed-use building in the heart of the commercial area of Cole Bay. The first and second level are designated for commercial activity and the third and fourth floors are residential spaces, consisting of spacious apartments. The building is divided by a top to floor exterior void and functions as an inviting entrance area consisiting of stairs and an elevator and a walkway to the Simpson Bay Lagoon, where some apartment owners have their boatslips. The buidling is a great commercial succes and the commercial and residential units were sold and rented out even before the building was built. Even 10 years after construction there is a high demand for these Lagoon units.
