Citadel Residences Indigo Bay

Developing in house, for 80 studio-1-bedroom and 2 bedroom condo's in the Indigo Bay Estates area. The development creates a private "island" within Indigo Bay by creating a floating private parking area behind the units, from where the units can be entered. All units have a view over the bay and on to the Caribbean Sea. The public courtyard connects the two building volumes, referring to the old Citadel concept.
